About Kandidly

Built by PMs who were tired of guessing

Kandidly started because the best product teams we knew were still running on spreadsheets, Slack threads, and gut instinct. We thought they deserved better.

The story

Same broken cycle, everywhere we looked

Kandidly began with a familiar product-team problem: feedback arrives from many places, gets triaged into spreadsheets, and disappears into a backlog without enough context. When features ship, the people who asked for them can be left out of the loop.

We built Kandidly to make that workflow more connected: capture feedback, link it to planning, and communicate when work is delivered.

Kandidly gives product teams a place to capture feedback, prioritize by customer context, and close the loop when work ships.

Our mission

"Build the operating system for product teams — where feedback, decisions, and delivery are one continuous story."

How we work

Four things we actually believe

Ship with evidence

Every roadmap call should be traceable to real customer data. Opinions are useful; customer context makes them actionable.

Close the loop

Collecting feedback without following up is worse than not collecting it at all. When you ship something, the people who asked for it should know.

Speed without chaos

Fast teams aren't disorganized teams. Structure is what makes speed sustainable — and what lets small teams punch above their weight.

Honest by default

No vanity metrics. No dashboard theater. If a feature isn't working, Kandidly shows you. The truth is more useful than comfort.

The team
