Bi-directional sync — approved features flow to Jira, ticket status flows back.

Overview

One-click feature push

Send any Kandidly feature to Jira with one click. Customer quotes, vote counts, and MRR data all appear in the Jira ticket description.

Bi-directional status sync

When a Jira ticket moves to Done, the linked Kandidly feature automatically updates to Shipped — triggering close-the-loop emails to customers.

Epic and sprint mapping

Map Kandidly initiatives to Jira epics and features to sprints for seamless release planning.

Customer context in every ticket

Engineers see who is requesting a feature, how many accounts are affected, and the combined MRR — right in the Jira ticket.

Progress bar tracking

Kandidly shows a live progress bar on each feature — driven by how many linked Jira subtasks are closed.

Release tracking

Map Kandiy releases to Jira fix versions for end-to-end release management.

5

Push your first feature

Select a Kandidly feature and click Push to Jira. The Jira issue is created instantly with customer context, vote count, and MRR attached.

Use Cases

How teams use Kandidly + Jira

The weekly PM–engineering handoff, automated

Instead of a meeting where PMs paste ticket numbers into spreadsheets, Jira and Kandidly stay in sync automatically. Engineers start their week with Jira tickets that already include customer context. PMs see real-time progress without pinging anyone.

Close the loop when engineering ships

When engineering closes a Jira ticket, Kandidly marks the feature shipped and sends personalized emails to every customer who requested it — quoting their original feedback back to them. No PM coordination required.
