Connect Slack to Kandidly with a few simple steps. No engineering help required.
Install the Kandidly Slack App
In Kandidly Settings → Integrations → Slack, click Install App. You'll be prompted to authorize the Kandidly Slack bot for your workspace.
Invite @Kandidly to your channels
Run /invite @Kandidly in any channel where you want to capture feedback or receive shipping alerts.
Configure shipping alert channels
In Kandidly Settings, specify which Slack channels should receive notifications when features ship, when changelogs publish, or when at-risk accounts are detected.
Test with your first /kandidly command
Type /kandidly in any Slack channel. A form will appear for submitting feedback — try submitting a test request.
